Before AI goes live, talk to someone who knows your systems

CQ helps banks, telecoms and public agencies make AI a lasting part of how they work, within the limits of regulation and legacy systems. Not a demo.

01Perspective

The first AI decision isn't which model. It's where to set the boundaries

Which data can be touched, which processes can be handed over, who answers when something goes wrong. Set those boundaries clearly, and everything after moves faster.

Setting them takes people who understand compliance, your systems and AI at the same time. That is what CQ does.

02How we work

Three stages. Each ends with something concrete, and a point where you can stop and decide

1

AssessmentHalf a day to a day

We lay out processes, returns and risks, and turn them into a roadmap with the first use case worth starting on.

2

BuildMeasured in weeks

We start where the case is strongest and ship in small steps. The source code and documentation are yours from day one.

3

Governance and supportMonthly, stop anytime

Auditability, access boundaries and a security framework, so AI keeps running in a regulated environment and your team can carry it forward.

03Working together

We listen before we speak

Every quote states what's included and what isn't. A progress note every week, so you always know where things stand. Code, documents and accounts are in your hands from day one, and you can stop at any time.

We hope that halfway through, you'll want to introduce us to a colleague in another department. That's how we measure whether we're doing it right.

We've worked where you work

CQ has built enterprise software for over a decade, for banks, telecoms, manufacturers and government agencies. We know compliance, public procurement and the pain of legacy systems that can't be touched, because we've worked inside them.

04Who we are

We run our own business on AI too: e-commerce, marketing, development. The lessons we share are ones we learned the hard way.

The systems we're usually called in for are large, can't go down, and are costly to get wrong. This one is still running today.

ASUS Quality Analytics Management Platform

Hundredsproducts on the line at once
Hundreds of millionsrecords across parts, suppliers and batches
Within 24 hoursfrom yield anomaly to resolution

Users set their own yield specifications and monitor production in real time, across hundreds of millions of records from parts, suppliers and contract manufacturers worldwide. The same numbers drive parts supply and factory logistics.

We built the platform from infrastructure to application (IaaS to SaaS), with microservices on Kubernetes. It can grow without a rewrite, and a new team can take it over.

Most of our other work is under NDA, so we don't name it here. What we can share, we share in person.

Let's talk first

Give us 60 minutes to hear where you're stuck. No fee, no pitch. You'll leave with a clearer next step.

I take the first conversation myself. Not a salesperson, not an assistant, but the person who will work with you afterward.
